cranky.  A big bulk of my customers are those from Canada who have to deal with the border guards before they get to me and so they can be quite cranky as
well.  The rest of my customers are locals who know me and think that I am a bartender that they can lay their problems on.  Not saying that I don&#39;t care

end, it&#39;s nice to see the change a few kind words can do for someone else. I especially like to keep this in mind when shopping in discount stores (like
Walmart) where the clerks often receive such little encouragement or pleasantries from customers (excluding those ever-cheery door greeters). ]]></description>
