The man who has been desperately trying to find my oldest daughter has gotten a step closer. Somehow (through the internest, I guess) he found out where my daughter's boyfriend (S) used to work. Thinking that he still worked there, the stalker (L) parked outside the boyfriend's place of employment. The boyfriend now works across the street so the stalker saw him pull into his place of employment. Before S went into his office, he took a moment to check his cellphone for messages and gather up his work materials. When he started to get out of his vehichle, a car pulled up right beside his door so that he couldn't get out of the driver's side. There was L! He had a black baseball bat. S quickly slid across the seat and climbed out of the passenger door. L came around S's van and was screaming at him. L said that he would kick S's butt every day until Michelle was returned to L. S, while backing toward his company's door, told L, "She's not mine to give." L yelled and screamed things like: "Michelle's my girl and I want her back!" and "I own her!"

S did call the police. Several of the men who work at S's business heard L yelling and came out. One took down the license plate of L's vehicle. Of course, the plate traced back to him. The only reason that L didn't physically assault S is because of the men walking outside to stand behind S.

Both S and the owner of the company are filing charges. S for stalking....?? The owner of the company is filing charges for criminal trespass.

S has to go talk to the prosecuting attorney on Monday. I guess we'll know more then. Last week, L tried to follow S home from work, but S noticed and was able to lose L.

Basically, L thinks he truly owns my daughter.

That's freakin scary LL !! I'm glad they filed charges...I figure S could file for either assault or battery (whichever one it is where you threaten but don't actually touch someone, I think that's battery) since he had the baseball bat and was making threats to kick his a^^. That'd be pretty serious.

The prosecutor has filed aggravated menacing charges. L has been summoned to court via a supoena (sp?) on the 26th. Will this help matters or escalate them??? S is a very calm person. He says, "Well, I've just got to do what's right."

There is now. I'm sure L has been served. At least, they've taken the paperwork to his home.

Michelle is really stressed out about this. She is afraid to contact the police about the situation because she has a warrant out for her arrest in New Orleans for a misdemeanor I know she already served time for. New Orleans has a $10,000 bond on a misdemeanor! It must be something to do with their ongoing "emergency" standing with the federal government. I've made several calls trying to clear it up, but they insist she still needs to turn herself in. So frustrating!

When S and L went in for the arraignment, L declares, "I want to plead guilty."

The judge told him that one couldn't plead guilty at an arraignment.

L ranted on and on. He told the judge that S was holding Michelle hostage. And that she would sneak and call him (L) and beg him to save her. There's a lot more, but that's the gist of it. The judge finally told L to be quiet because he was digging himself into a hole.

I'm not sure when the next court date is.
