The bad news: the job was as he'd expected ~ no shift bonuses ~ no production incentive ~ no Sat/Sun overtime.
The good news: on Tuesdays, they can work overtime of 3-8 hours ~ company's choice as to how long that is
The bad news: He was told in his paperwork that he'd get an extra $60 per week (can't remember why), but that wasn't true.
The good news: His new boss told him that within a few weeks, he should be able to move back into a production-type job. This will allow for shift bonuses and production incentives.
Overall, it looks a bit better than we'd first thought.
