yes, I do a have a stack of books on my bedside table. Still Alice is what I'll be reading next. Maybe after, I'll start Nora Robert's The Brothers
7 Trilogy since I have all those books.
Chocolate?  A little perhaps--too much of it and I get stomach pains. Maybe I'm getting allergic to it in my old age

Saundra .. what exactly is your husband remodeling (new bathtub? new tiles?) ... sounds like he is a talented home-worker

hopefully it won't be as long as the husband of one of my friends'
. Their house was always being remodeled. He just took his time doing it.
Didn't mind the look of the house for his guests. That really bugged me.

Tony's gone home... me sad!
I got him drunk at Summerbrew...that was funny/sad....he's really scared about this surgery...but he always puts on a front....at least I got him to break down, even if he doesn't remember it. Waiting on a call back from an interviewee to see if they accept the position.

He has prostate cancer. He was diagnosed last Friday, right after I accepted the new position. VERY EARLY STAGE, VERY SMALL PERCENTAGE. But he's going
radical and having his prostate removed. He doesn't want to live with the fear that radiation/radioactive seeds don't work. On the down side...there
are some side effects we weren't prepared for.... so....

I'm thinking about you Cutie .. OMM .. all of my accomplishments so far today, a few more and I can check out the Farmer's Market tomorrow and
hopefully have fresh veggies and fruit to cook and have the rest of the week.

Thanks Saundra....he's ok with the surgery....he's just afraid that some of the side effects will be detrimental to our relationship....and
honestly...if this was "me" 5 years ago, they would be. But I honestly love this man. I feel empty when he's gone, I don't sleep as well when
I'm alone, I miss him with every fiber of my being....so the side effect will be dealt with. (remind me of this in a year when it's driving me up a
wall)

Going to lunch with my neice - taking a run down to the mennonite market since I slept in and missed the farmer's market - or maybe Lacey's Orchard to
see if the peaches are in. Or, maybe sitting on the porch with a book or some crochet. It's Gaye Day.
