The weird thing with me is that during weekdays, I could stay in bed forever. But, on holidays or weekends, bam! my eyes are open at 6 or 7 AM .. and I can't wait to get up and start the day

I am the earliest bird I know. I'm going to base my search for my soul mate on whether he wakes up at four in the morning like me.

I agree--4 is way too early
I would love to stay up and read at night but hubby keeps nagging me to come to bed. He claims that can get to sleep faster if I'm in there. Yea, I know that's sweet but at other times it's annoying. |

Did you know that married men sleep better than unmarried men...and that married women sleep worse than unmarried women? lol

I'm definitely a night owl. I have to make myself go to bed each night.

lyrap..I believe that. Last year my husband dislocated his shoulder and for a couple weeks had to sleep by himself ......he stayed in our guest room..I slept
so well on my own.

Early to bed and early to rise for me. My natural waking time is about 7:00.

I love waking early and starting my day - but this crazy old body / mind explains to me it does what it wants - some days I'm awake at 3 am back to bed at
5 up again at 8 or 9 - I do sleeping aids probably 4 times a week so I can sleep 8 straight. I'm retired I have that luxury and feel a bit guilty I can
(sometimes).

Although my husband has tried to make me into a morning person, I am still a nightowl at heart. He will get up as early as 4 (which I am sure is due to all of
the military years). The bonus is that when I feel like getting up he always has the coffee ready for me.

Hubby gets up alot earlier than me but then I get 3 more hours of uninterrupted sleep from 5 to 8 |

I think I'm more of an early person--certainly more than my wife. She is the late night person, and hates to get up in the morning. For me--bed between 10 and 11, and up between 6 and 7. |

My husband and I have figured out that we've survived ten years together because we're both on different schedules and this prevented us from killing
each other...lol. It really worked great when he was on nights....so before his classes started a few months ago...he was going to bed just as I was waking up
(about 3-4 am).

I think that's why my sis & her boyfriend get along so well. They live 4 hrs. from each other.

During the summer SteveO and I see each other on Sundays and about 3 hours an evening Mon - Friday and about 8 hours on Saturday - in the winter (his off
season) he drives me nuts being home so much (just kidding / kinda) *laughing*
